Welcome to NetworkHQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetworkHQ platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
NetworkHQ is owned and operated by Marvopus Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
NetworkHQ provides a cloud-based software platform that helps businesses organize contacts, manage outreach workflows, track engagement activity, and coordinate professional networking efforts from a centralized dashboard.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include features such as contact management, workflow organization, analytics, collaboration tools, and integrations with third-party services.
We may update or modify the Service from time to time to improve functionality or security.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The data and content you upload or manage using the Service
- Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with communication and privacy laws
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the policies of any third-party platforms you interact with
NetworkHQ and Marvopus Labs Private Limited do not control or assume responsibility for how users choose to use the platform.
6. Subscription, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, privacy notices, and payment method rules of the applicable payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share billing, transaction, and account information with the payment processor as needed to process payments, issue invoices and refunds, prevent fraud, comply with financial regulations, and manage your subscription.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable subscription fees
- Provide complete and accurate billing information
- Authorize recurring payments for each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- You will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion in circumstances such as:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription
- A billing or technical error caused an incorrect charge
- Applicable law requires us to issue a refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge and should include sufficient information for us to identify the transaction. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
If a payment fails, is disputed, reversed, or cannot be processed, we may suspend, downgrade, or limit access to paid features until the issue is resolved. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees or plan features. Any changes will apply from a future billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable notice where required.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical issues
- Circumstances outside our control
We are not liable for any interruptions or delays.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials associated with NetworkHQ are the property of Marvopus Labs Private Limited or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Reverse engineer
- Resell
any part of the Service without prior written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- Required by law or security concerns
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvopus Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marvopus Labs Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Marvopus Labs Private Limited, without regard to conflict of law principles.
